Chef James has extensive experience as a private chef, cooking for celebrities like Tom Cruise, Mariska Hargitay, George Clooney, Gerard Butler, Sean “Puffy” Combs, Barbra Streisand, and John Cusack.
He founded Wholesome2Go, a healthy, high-quality food delivery company that served the Los Angeles area under his leadership for 8 years. He is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and a healing food specialist. James authored the recipes in Margaret Floyd’s book, Eat Naked, Dr. Alejandro Junger's book, Clean7 and co-authored the The Naked Foods Cookbook.
Margaret is a functional nutritionist specializing in reversing autoimmune and chronic disease with clients all over the world. She’s the author of Eat Naked: Unprocessed, Unpolluted, and Undressed Eating for a Healthier, Sexier You and co- authored its follow-up cookbook, The Naked Foods Cookbook. Margaret also teaches other nutrition professionals the advanced tools and protocols she uses in her practice through her sister company, Restorative Wellness Solutions. She’s passionate about the power of food and natural alternatives to achieve true and lasting health.
